Does anyone know how much in-game days are since the game started until the last scene in the last update?

Updates have always been the same way as they are currently. Every dev has the right to choose their own update cycle and you have to understand that any tag here on F95 has no relevance whatsoever to actual work on the game itself. F95 has chosen to use a different housekeeping lately which also means that products with longer cycles fall out of view rather quickly (what that means in terms of quality is something completely different though).

Its kind of interesting to see the constant request to set something 'abandoned' - that seems contra-productive to me when someone likes a product. Threads are not only to post updates but also as a area for exchange, questions etc. Asking to set something abandoned will just ensure that this kind of exchange dies out.
Not always at the start we got a couple updates a year

...Now were heading into the 9th month release time again...
Minor mistake there, it's the 10th month, not 9, the last proper update was Jun 9 2020, exactly 10 months ago as per this comment.

There were 6 in the first year.
Then 2 the year after.
And then just the 1 in 2020.

Right now, the game is at just 2 months of going a full year without a proper update, now that's demoorelizing.

That's exactly their intention, to make sure the audience the game has, goes away along with or at least part of the funding for the game, the argument here is, "since the dev is milking the patrons, the moment they start to go away, his earnings will start to diminish, prompting the dev to either at least release something or just let it die", after all, if the guy gets money for "doing nothing", there's no more incentive for him to actually work and be on schedule, the intention is more akin to a "wakeup call", and having the abandoned tag here can arguably lead to something like that since, supposedly, a lot of the audience and publicity comes from here.
Personally, I had no idea if something like this works or not, and I don't really care, but that's the reasoning behind the demand of the people who do.

the people who run this site should just add numbers for each game, such as how many updates the game gets per year or months or whatever. something like that can help would be patrons decide if they really want to support the game. I personally dont support anyone that hasnt finished at least one game.

This wouldn't help. There are games with an update or two per month, which means 12-24 updates per year, with less gameplay time than the time you spent downloading the game in each update. People would watch that number and say "look, this guy works a lot in his game" when in reality they add less content in a year than others in a 3-4 months update.

Having a completed game can be the same thing. A short and quick game done only to get the [Completed] tag and gain credibility. Unless people play the "Completed" game too, which most people don't do, it means nothing.

Why dont someone suggest the dev to add their game on itch. They can get more players there
Since this game uses Honey Select for images/videos it'd probably be against the copyright to sell it on something like Itch or Steam. I'm surprised ILLUSION hasn't already taken legal action against developers that use their game but maybe they're able to get away with it by saying their Patrons aren't actually paying them to make the game. Either way, developers aren't going to want to risk drawing attention to themselves by actually selling the game

So far, this LIAR DEV doubled the time between updates. There is prove for that. Last time, he needed eight months (before it was four months, and two months). This would mean that he needs 16 months this time - so there are 6 months left.

However, on Patreon he promised that we will never have to wait as long as eight months again.

Let us see how trustworthy this LIAR DEV is ...

Dang been wondering when the latest update would drop, after taking a look at what other peeps have been saying, guess I shouldn't hold my breath. Half expecting the game abandoned tag to be added :( It's a shame so many good games follow this pattern, so few are ever properly finished.

Too hard ...
Once upon a time, this LIAR Dev promises (multiple times) us this update "shorter" than previous one.
At the last, I found he love to use antonym as well.

Didn't this Dev say he was working on something else at one point?if he is he'll def have to go by another name cause ain't no way people are gonna pay him for another game with how inconsistent he's been with this one

They still will. I don't know the state of his discord server now but a year ago it was pretty cringe on how people justified his behavior or straight up simping.

A lot of people in his discord seem fine with him taking a break from Waifu Academy to work on his new game so I wouldn't be so sure that people will stop paying him

Well there are still a lot of people which pay devs like icstor and justify everything they do, so i wouldn't count on that...
I'm still curious if there will a demo of his other game...i mean he started it 3 years ago.
