I think its a question of terminology. I wouldn't call Irph a "scammer". To be a scammer, it would imply that he is coercing you to pay for something that is not real, which is not the case since he does EVENTUALLY deliver something. A more accurate term than scamming to describe what Irph does would be "milking", i.e. - Irph is milking his supporters harder than all the bovine anime girls on all the rule34-esque sites on the internet combined. If you want a scammer, look up Redamz - the creator of Monster Girl Island or Glacerose - the creator of Sylphine previously known as Sylphia Island.
