Yes because MC does not really care much about revenge...That is my opinion so far , I might be wrong...He focused on Tendo and Zaibatsu and ignore the possibility of What Keiko told MC being true...She asked mc :"What will you do if you find out that your father was innocent and that he was set up??"Or something like that( I don't remember exactly what she told him) then there is the dialogue between George and Rikuna where Rikuna remind George (Sheila's father and Tomoe's current husband) that his lust for Tomoe make him willing to destroy his friend (MC's father) to win Tomoe over...MC has not looked into his mom's past beyond that flashback memory where he and that other guy (Johny I think his name was) that watched a film with Tomoe as an idol when she was younger..My point is that MC supposed to come back to take revenge yet he make pretty small progress on that front, he make an "ally" but still instead of using all the assets he has , he all day chase girls...

yeah, might be more a writer's (the Dev) mistake than the MC's, who's just the dev's creation. But I think most of the consumers want a story full of juicy sex (I admit, me too) than a classic thriller novel in the Agatha Christie or Conan Doyle style.

Well if the game was only about Juicy sex then the Karma system and love corruption thing other games have would be pointless..Αnyway I am hoping that we get a private talk between Kayane and MC and thing to get a bit more than "working together" between them..

Seriously: Development speed is glacial, with constant unlikely excuses and broken promises by the developer while he has a steady income from Patreon and no real incentive to deliver more than he is doing. Development is likely to stop abruptly at some point in the far future. (Or in the nearer future if Patreon stops being viable for this project and there is no sufficient alternative.) All we can hope is that until then we get at least some of the great additional content we are looking forward to because it was promised explicitly or implicitly.
Either play this game now or wait until it is abandoned. But I recommend playing it now, because it is really good and you would probably have to wait many years otherwise. Then come back in 3 years or so to see what's new. (Or earlier if you want to replay it anyway.)
PS: Personally I have chosen to see this as a "glass half full" situation. We can't change the development speed or direction, so being happy about getting a nice addition or two once every year or so is the logical choice. The trick for not getting disappointed by updates is to have no expectations. This results in the occasional (rare!) pleasant surprise.

On the flip side... at least development has continued lol. Unlike many games. I agree it's at a poor pace, but I continue to be surprised that updates are still coming on this one. Whatever, I enjoyed it a lot ages ago, at this point I am not gonna keep coming back and downloading it for another 10 mins of content here and there.
At least we will always have fond memories of the time we let that chick get stuck in a window and she learned the true meaning of 'doggy style' !
