Since the Windows version got an update, would the Mac get an update soon too?
You can see karma using the phone in the botton left corner, it has an "app" with a K. That will show you all the karmatic choices you made and their result, and the total K-score at the bottom.
Note that the previous update was 0.9.9, making this one (to spell it out in words) zero point ten, not zero point one.
Based on past performance, next update could be a year or so out, so if that's a concern, you may want to wait until it's completed, though that might be many years off. I admit that I've been expecting things to wrap up soon, as it seemed like the character was getting to the point he wanted to with the mother, and the conspiracy plot has been at least partially revealed and seemed like action to stop it would be required quite soon, and the dev has been talking about his next game for quite a while; but it doesn't necessarily seem like my assumptions will turn out to be correct.

Why does this game have so many fake choices? Try to ignore the music in the step sister's room and you loop back until you have to go to her room. Ignore the tattooed girl who got you beat up but then later they say you reached an "agreement" in the park? It has some great story moments (like the heartbreaking flashback where MC is remembering how he wrote a letter to his mom promising to be good), but the game needs a lot of polish right now.

I think its one of the earliest flashbacks, maybe the one where Roxy is introduced? MC talks about sending a letter to his mom.

While I personally feel the same way (if for no other reason than, as a developer, I'd want my versions to sort out logically and trivially), it's certainly true that actual numbers do not have two decimal points. And, that the use of "." to indicate the decimal point can be cultural; in some places, I believe "," is used (with "." used to separate thousands, such that where we'd expect "1,000,000.00" others would expect "1.000.000,00")
