As I understand it Kayane is close to Kenichi not for his money but to take revenge I think, if you pay attention in the conversation she has with MC you will see...It's their last talk before he leaves school to go find Yoko if i remember right in the previous update 12.05

Shadow is Rikuna. Who if not her? Rikuna needs comfort in satisfying her hard kinks? She is connected to the supernatural. In the previous update, she asked permission to remove her disguise or something similar from Rachel. I don't think she is human at all or only partially human.
She mentioned her father and playing with blood. Suspicious.
