I see nothing has changed with Irphaeus and he is still up to his old tricks with the "part 1" scam where part 2 never materializes but becomes the next update 8-9 months down the line, which obviously will also be cut short again despite his lofty promises. I've already found out how to get that scene though.

Apparently you need to order an alcoholic drink for her (which I omitted before).
Then let Yukiko go and pick Nanali (obviously).
Make any type of comment.
Pick "continuing" (3rd option).
Finally, "push a drink on her" (2nd option).
You will get Nanali's boobjob scene later. However, you'll have to trade it with Helen's peeping scene.

The new update is really worth it but , If you want to see all of the scenes you have to either try them all and save after the one you want to or play it multiple times to have different paths open for the next update
