The penis size does nothing for flaccid penis, has been like this for a while but was quite sure it worked when I tried a long time ago. Have mostly played with female characters because some animations are still vaginal, especially in new mini-games but I like the option to choose.

Oh no... I don't think I would have made it through the 3rd floor without this trick.
The trouble is, if you cannot make it to the exit, it's essentially game over and you have to start a new game.
Maybe enable the "home tp" button? Or let some of the red search lights die over time?

Skin color change gun doesn't affect penis color for some NPCs, at least those with a closeup sex scene (tried on some floor 7 NPCs). Penis blinks between default and changed color in the scene.
