It seems to me that this is not the right dialogue. Check # game/events.rpy:40494
Like i mentioned, this is the dialogue which plays when i choose to break up with Ginny before the epilogue i.e. shortly after the ball. So it's not "wrong" but it is different from epilogue talk. You can view it all in the attached save.

Because this dialogue lacks any elaboration that you get at the end of the game when it's Ginny coming to the MC, her behavior in such scenario during the last few days in the game appears rather nonsensical. The player who didn't finish the game yet won't be aware of that epilogue nuance, and if they break up with Ginny earlier then they potentially never even see it.

Similarly nonsensical is then MC's dialogue in that option ("offer sex") because MC is acting as if them and Ginny are still in a lovey-dovey relationship and not just hooking up, despite the fact they've broken up.

But these are overall minor issues, i guess.

It's not 'break up' dialogue. It's a dialog where you express how you feel about the threesome involving her. Yes, you can have a fight in the course of it. Yes, it also affects certain endings. But I was talking about the other dialog I was referring to. It doesn't change the nature of the character. Ginny is Ginny.

It's dialogue which plays when you pick option which is labelled literally "Stop Dating". That is what people typically call breaking up. Ginny herself asks explicitly right before it, "Do you really want to end our relationship over this?" (and that option is effectively answering "yes" to that question)

edit: i'd say the issue here is that the dialogue doesn't give any indication that "Ginny is Ginny" and may create a wrong impression of her. It might work better if it ended with adding something like "If you change your mind and want some more fun, you know where to find me." after her "then go look for a perfect girlfriend somewhere else" thing.

Is it a mistake or is it designed that way? Quest 15. Book for Astoria. If you ask Tonks for access and choose the answer "Lie", you can repeat this action and pump stealth to 19.

Having trouble getting Colin to blackmail me with pictures. Also having trouble getting Draco to cast a spell on me using that artifact. I am insulting both of them, but so far...nothing.

Should I not insult them and befriend them instead?

Yep.

That's not very specific, but I guess I'll try a fresh save. I can't even get a choice to convince him.
Sorry about that. Buy the 15 galleon book and instead of asking Hermione to fix him you do it. Then become best friends, but also convince him to sleep with you as a girl when ever prompted. Finally as you rescue him from Voldemort you get a option to convince him to stay as a girl or not, convince him.
