I've attempted to do so, everything you need to polish this version is avaliable here.

One prominent issue is with the dice game, which ive attempted to fix by swapping lines from the untranslated game's code, however once you roll those dice they persist on the screen. Otherwise, people keep downloading the demo version (maybe 1.1v, or another 1.2version) and expect 1.8 MTL's fixes to work on that without reading the context of the fix.

edit : Map105.json , the very bottom is the casino dice game.
lemme attach the fixed files here too. Commonevents.json was responsible for the length errors because of spaces added by the translation. fix was stated previously and applied in the files i provided.

Other than that some of the image and audio files are just improperly named. They are easy to spot and I've already renamed them in my upload.

Regarding the bug on the train i encountered:

i just had to reinstall the "small fix" from pr0state (look below).

The only problem is there are a lot of unnecessary files in my upload from all the fixing here & there!
Edit: While this version is good, the length error fix hasn't been fully done. you can download and do it yourself it just takes some time, workaround is lose virginity.

Edit3: Rename "H_guchu1.rpgmvo" as "H_piston_guchu1.rpgmvo" (or just placed the attached in www/audio/se)

Note that I managed to fix the casino, but I recommend against playing the dice game, it works but the "die" will stick to your screen, and I'm no expert in RPGM and just a player so try your own fixes for that. I'll leave any new encounters and issues upto you.

Also includes C00kie's optional fix for numbers that go 1% (You have to apply it yourself and at your own risk)
Edit: NOTE (Do not use C00kie's Commonevents.json) if you want deflowering to work properly.

Do you know where I can get an unaltered mtl 1.8 version its difficult to find the root cause without an unaltered version although if its similar to the justy game I fixed it has to do with file names being translated differently from what the game tries to call to the actual file name.

I like this game! But im stuck at the beginning. After falling from the bridge i get an empty screen after the 2 elves said im alive...

Not sure if the offiical is "1.8" at all, and is more of a 1.6, 1.8 is something the unknown eng MTL author probably named it.
