I think you need to find the fisherman a wife (she is a goblin) and then contract him to fix it

Correct. See p. 7 of the walkthrough for how to proceed.

I have completed Fina's mission. (Where is Fina's mission?) I met her in the evening, bathing in the forest at the Slime Nest Pass. But it has no further mission.

That's not the same quest. You are referring to the Terrible mystery of Fina Ironheart, the first quest in the game.
Have you checked the walkthrough ?

jfc this and Cataclyzm have been in development for years now and no proper gallery, well in Cataclyzm's case atleast they got a half ass one with some scenes but not a proper full one.

I presume you actually have wine in your inventory.
You didn't cheat or install mods ? You learned all spells the MC can learn for now ?
If you post your save, I can try to see what's wrong.

I cheated and loaded the mod but the wine I bought was from the merchant. And I still haven't learned all the spells.

If you're talking about the gallery mod, that might very well have broken your game.
If you cheated using an external save editor, that might very well have broken your game.
If there are still are spells to learn (check if the candle in Krowly's bedroom is burning), your progress might be blocked until you learn them.
That's all advice I can give you I'm afraid.
