Every time I ask the bard to play a song in the tavern, her image appears, the game keeps running in the background, but my character hangs and I can do nothing but restart the save.

I dont recommend following boobsgames's twitter, seeing all the new scenes before the game makes me lost my enthusiasm to play the game

ignore button comes in handy for those.

If you turn the audio on, she play a song...is a little long....after the song the game continues...

He did help.
Just typing the word "Spa" gives five pages of results.

You could even go the extra mile and exercise some intuitive skill, go to the Patreon page linked in the OP, and get two different walkthroughs/guides that give you step-by-step information for almost everything in the game. Including where the elf spa is.

Of course, if that's too much trouble for you, then you can always continue along your path of petulance and whine about not getting help... Even when you do get help.

To clarify the quest log just says check Fina's mail. But there is no way for me to enter the room? Am I supposed to use some spell or ind some key? Or is it bugged out?

Fina's mail is on the first floor, the papers on the desk when you barely enter

She plays a song that is about 73 seconds long if I remember correctly.
