She's vulnerable to ice. You can learn the Icy Needles spell when you reach lvl 3. You might also try the potions from Rose if you can afford them.

And how do i reach lvl 3? isn't this supposed to be the second quest you do after the waterfall one?

If you're short op XP for levelling up, you can gain some extra xp by various repeatable actions. See p. 93 of the walkthrough.
At lvl 2 you can learn Sleep, which can also help against tough enemies.

the easiest way is read book, i guess? there's a book in your room to read, it would also let you learn new spells
i couldn't get the horny visions to work, i asked the dev on twitter, turns out you have to rewatch corresponding scenes in current update to unlock the visions.

if you are using cheats to skip time it may prevent some events from triggering
how do I give Jenna minotaur milk? I must've missed an update or so 
I got it in my inventory but couldn't find an option to give her in her house/barn
I got it in my inventory but couldn't find an option to give her in her house/barnwake up wednesday morning, pass time meditating, then go to tavern. Wait until friday day time, and then go to talk with Fina, should work
