No, there isn't.
Nobody's going to go to the effort of redoing all the art in the game just to make the all the big boobs smaller.
There's cumflation and that's it outside of maybe two characters/enemies like the pregnant lamia. Which honestly I feel should get a tag because there's games like this that have that fetish and really should be labeled for having it.

Based on the update frequency of the previous updates, I'd gamble on November 12th.
I like this game, especially the art, but I really wish the dev wouldn't be so obsessed with anal. I can count the scenes where the MC fucked a pussy on one hand.
