During the game you'll learn the Return spell. Later, you can also use your magic circle to teleport to specific locations once unlocked. (at a certain point, one of those locations can only be reached by teleport)
Go to the basement in krowly's house. Go to the bottom right corner. Click on it. Go to the chicken in the bottom right. Viola, you are harvesting gold from a golden goose.
You can cheat, as Balddog says, or you can make money by working in your garden and selling the ingredients you collect that way to Sebastian the Shopkeeper. The higher your gardening skill, the more ingredients you get.
I found out how to fight with Conda again, i just had to do the quest "Return on investment" (and win obviously), there's no information about that on Conda page (at least i didn't find that)

Move the game to a folder that does not have any weird characters in the name, only latin characters and numbers.
For me the F5 makes the game and art very pixilated, not sure why. But if you use ALT + Enter instead, it goes fullscreen but doesn't pixilate the game and art, for me at least.
Oh, no sorry I could've probably worded that a bit better. I meant their relation with Krowly, weren't they cousin/aunt to Krowly, or am I remembering incorrectly ?
