I did. Triggered when Krowly left his house at night and started walking towards the inn.

happened in the morning for me, i don't think it happen at any particular moment of the day, it's probably triggered by the progression of some quest / scenes.
I started the new update by teleporting to the temple with the goddess for the new titfuck scene, i warped back home and when i went out it played immediatly.
