I play with everything, and confessed to cover up Elizabeth. What I am referring to is a second confession to sister, to get the repeatable event with Fina.

The option has occurred for me after an otherwise normal church service - so service in morning - option to confess daytime
It only occurs if Krowly had owned up earlier (so you did that)
First saw it quite late on - so most other stuff complete - very high relationship
Not sure what other criteria might be necessary though

Thank you for the help. But I think I have corrupted saves. Considering that my relationship points are 87 with Elizabeth and 64 with Alice (just checked the walkthrough and for her date only 50 is needed), also considering what DShade wrote I more sure in that. I transferred my saved from previous version, and last time I played I got that option, and with what you wrote I meet all conditions.

Illustrations for the scene with Juliette that won two recent polls The variants without the glasses won't be used in game, I saved them just because I could - glasses are on separate layer anyway. I will also make the variants with sperm soon.

Dungeon grind is getting a little annoying, also would be nice if you can skip the time anywhere or at least in a lot of places like some games let you do it on benches outside etc

new lab but says not in this version
and
amazing wonders nipple fucking that says "is it even possible?"

so just grinding dungeons to try and get more stuff or quests, never got the sword or anything yet

How do I look at the game options ???

It cannot be done without being in a loaded or new game.

1:Escape key or 'x' key while playing (not in the middle of combat or dialogue)
2:Settings (Enter or 'z' key)
3:There should be no part three, that was it.

Dungeon grind is getting a little annoying, also would be nice if you can skip the time anywhere or at least in a lot of places like some games let you do it on benches outside etc

Check out Krowley's Special skills, specifically Meditation.
On the positive, it returns some mana, on the negative, it "adds" Hunger and lowers Lust.

(While I haven't yet gotten past 'is it possible myself) I think that quest might have something to do with Melissa's tea party, or Melissa herself. The sword should have dropped and been equipped to Eric before that point (unless something got bugged or changed between versions), but if it is needed and not being encountered, try updating Eric from database in the cheatmode room? Is it possible he already has it equipped from a previous adventure?

Details of the modified scene:

Is a small "thank you" that Alice gives us after dedicating the whole day to her.
(Only active on Friday... after "Topless friday")

To get to see the scene we must spend the whole day with Alice.
(Details in the form of an spoiler, Although I think it's not that difficult to get it if the details)

Prerequisites:
Have MODT active.
Have enough relationship points with Alice to be able to activate the scenes in the tavern "The Stone Dragon".
Have activated the "Topless friday".

Progression:
On Friday mornings you can help Alice with laundry or cooking at home.
That same Friday you can flirt with her in the tavern or ask Carla for a lunch.
And that same Friday evening you must ask her to dance.

If you did everything correctly, the scene will be activated after finishing the dance.
