Same way you got the first one, grind chests in a dungeon. Or you can edit your save file using saveeditonline - Armor#64 black lingerie.

It's strange, I just downloaded it and had no problem unzipping the files.
You must make sure that the two parts are in the same directory when unzipping.
("WaB_v0.350.1.4_MODT_v0.2.part1.rar"
and
"WaB_v0.350.1.4_MODT_v0.2.part2.rar")
I normally compress and decompress them with "winrar"
