It doesn't tell me if you're playing on Windows or Linux, or if you're using emulator or not. RTP is included in the game and isn't required. In fact, there could be a situation where it could cause issues. The way you answered made me think you did something weird to the game. I suggest you to download fresh version from itchio (link to intchio in the first post), not from somewhere else, unpack it into new folder, copy your save file to it, and try this event again. Do not install any mods, do not do anything with game files.
Also make sure you didn't do something with your system locale to run Japanese games and forgot

As a statistical average, i think i can state clearly and comprehensively, that it would take a continuation of the story, as a minimum for me, to a download a new version of the game with such flimsy updates. Good day, gentlemen!

Same thing... The game crashes when you meet a busty elf. The battle scene opens and the game just closes.
this happens even with this new update?
now my question is, are there a lot of scenes left with missing art left or they are re-playable?

The Dev is Eastern European as far as I can tell (at least, the first versions of this came in Ingrish & Russian).
