AFAIR, this "quest" is available only on Monday or Thursday (and not during on the other days).

For instance, if you've started the "quest" (i.e. Agnieszka asked you to find Marvin) on Monday morning, you must find Marvin on the same Monday morning. Monday afternoon -or another day- is too late; the "quest" is over, you'll have to start another one on another day.

And yes, Staimh is right: it's not really a quest (that's why I've rather called it a "quest" instead).

I wish that she was only for him, but the way that the game is i don't believe that she will be only for him, i respect the decision of the dev in doing this, but that why i stopped playing a long time ago, i really love the art, and i always said this to the dev, but i like games where you focus on one character, in this one, krowly have sex, but he is one of the characters that have the least development from the game, and being honest, krowly is just there to have a male mc, because at the time, that was the thing that bring most money on patreon, in my opinion, krowly is just the story teller of the village, and the dev doing almost 3.5k a month, i don't believe not even a little that something will change.

Different folks different strokes, i personally like more about focusing on one character, but like i said, i respect the decision of the dev in doing, that's why the last version that i have played was when krowly fuck jill, i asked a lot for the dev for that, and that scene was amazing, for me, the game ended there, with krowly and jill...

That's not particularly helpful, since the quest appears to be from the previous update, and it's not named "matter of order" in the v0.3.50.0 changelog
It's only called that in the new v0.350.1 changelog

Anyway, this is the bit that you need to read, I think. I haven't actually had time to check, but I assume that's the quest that needs doing

It's as helpful as what you've done, which is quote from the changelog.

If either of them have an ounce of common sense, they'll see the "not-named" quest being referenced, and do what it says to start it.
If they don't, then not even your quoting from the OP would be of use.

Have the 'clear feelings' and 'reading of the mind' spells been moved? Haven't played properly in a few months, started a new save with this version, but they don't seem to be in the books by the bed like they used to be?

The game already told you about getting XP, unless you skipped that rather important explanation at the beginning...

I sware as it is I wouldn't even call this a game and I think the creator is just a sadist that gts off on thinking how every awkward thing he's done for this game just makes it harder to play.

Maybe he is, or you're playing the game wrong.
There is a fair amount of grinding to do, but there's also a cheat room in the game that can help with some of the grinding, and not losing every combat encounter.

Not a lot of games have their protagonist "1-shotting" opponents... You could always cheat.

his defense is shit and he is super susceptible to every status ailment so seriously how the fuck do you get to a level where you can actually play and have fun!

There are various potions and spells that ameliorate those issues... Or you could cheat.
