Hmm Not sure on that on the first play through I had high love and 0 respect but didn't get the Trish scene. Then tried again with different variables on both love and respect but only kicked in once I had low love and low respect....

again I can neither confirm nor deny if that is the case, from my recollection on all routes he is a dick to MMC from the very first time he is serving MMC with bottle of wine in the shop. There may have been on one of the routes where he wasn't a dick as such but pretty much ignored MMC as another girl had come in the shop. I have played through on all routes several times now...
I do have a question about the last update. Since the MMC headed of to the camping trip have we gone through a whole weekend with the FMC? ie. will the next bit from her perspective start with MMC coming home from the camping trip or is there still more of the weekend to come?

In all fairness, I do update reviews. But, god damn:

1. she's so ugly in the face.
2. she's too old looking, and not in the good way
3. she's fat, which indicates she's lazy and has a poor diet, hence she's not a triple A, high value cougar.
4. the game lacks pornographic content. this is not a bad thing, since that game A Wife and Mother has barely any porn content in it, but the game has lots of patreon subscribers. so there is an audience for people who like to get strung along until there's finally 2-3 sex scenes, then the game ends.
5. I love ruthless, cold NTR, cuckolding, sharing, prostitution, stag, netorase, but this game is vanilla NTR/cuckolding. It's extremely vanilla in that regard.
6. The game is trying to cater to the non-NTR crowd when the game is literally called WATCHING MY WIFE, lol.

My review keeps people with my same tastes away from this game, so they don't waste their time or get their hopes up.

I'll update the review and try to point out some redeeming quality of this game, but I can't find any.

Jesus, the dev added so many different women in the game instead of focusing on the TITLE OF THE GAME; watching my wife.

Yep - because I totally re-wrote him (Share Route) to make him more friendly to you. I know it's a pain, but I felt that the way I wrote him initially fitted in more with the Cheat and Cuck routes. Just makes it a bit more realistic.

Totally disagree on these 3 points. Ugly!! If you regularly date supermodels, I can almost see how you might think that. She's an extremely attractive woman & not old, except by Mom's basement teenage wanker standards. She's not fat (& being fat may indicate laziness, or it could mean illness, or side effects of medication & people on a poor diet are often on it because they can't afford better). Who needs a high value=high maintenance cougar? Three hours putting on make-up, doing hair etc., then taking it off again at night.

She looks like a believable person, as opposed to some of the misshapen, airbag chested, battleship hipped characters infesting the gaming world. My only slight reservation is that she tends towards the big breasted side of mature MCs. That's a stereotype I'm sick of seeing, i.e. women designed by men under 30, for other men under 18. You mention AWAM & I do play that & don't like being strung along but as I'm playing voluntarily it's not a big deal. I do like a slow burn & was very disappointed when the MC's breasts suddenly inflated part way through the story. I hope this never happens in WMW. We need more believable women, not less.

I have a question related to the last update, I noticed that the scene with trish is unlocked having some level of respect, my question is, will all scenes be unlocked in the same way? Personally on the infidelity route I would not like the wife to have anything with Patrick, any of her co-workers or the guy at the bar. Will we have the possibility to reject these encounters from the wife's point of view in the future or will it be "forced" based on the points obtained in love and respect? In my opinion I think it would be a good idea to add the possibility of rejecting or accepting these meetings when we have to see the events from the point of view of the wife, maybe this is not very useful in the route of sharing and cuckold since I imagine that the protagonist influences the decision of who to share with. But in the route of infidelity would give more meaning and freedom to the player to choose with whom to be unfaithful, as I imagine the other players will be able to decide with whom share.
Something that I also thought might work in the future for the infidelity route could be a scene at some point with "sneaky sex", maybe in the store, in a work party or some similar environment, Of course this already with the advanced story so that it makes sense. Another thing that I think should be taken into account for the path of infidelity should be to keep the protagonist as a person, let's say, normal, who is not simply treated by everyone as garbage, there are characters like Trish or Daniel that history shows that they do not get along and its okay, they are rivals(?) in some way , but I think that should be kept balanced with characters like them and with characters like their friend with whom they have a good relationship. and that the protagonist has the possibility to defend himself on some occasions as he did in the bar against Trish or in the park with his wife's boss or even with Daniel on the store, that there is that balance between "loser" and "respectable" person, That he has confidence in his wife and is noted confidant to others, even if he is being cheated (cause he wont now) like in the return from the store to home when Daniel offer himself to paint. Generally this type of games makes the husband As a complete loser in the aspect of how he treats his partner or how others treat him. and is something that ends up not being pleasant. Like a said, its just an opinion based on the infidelity route cause is the only route i play.

The breast thing wasn't intended as a stereotypical image for a game though - when I created her, I just really loved the look of them, their apparent weight and how you could add age to them. It just does something to me .

Yep - regarding decorator Daniel, I saw this encounter as a first stage to wifey getting to know him better - to build a relationship which could then move forward later. I feel that if she'd jumped into the sack straight away it might have devalued it a little. I'd like to make their relationship develop better first - it'l be more powerful that way, and perhaps more realistic. However, certainly you're not the only one who expected more - and I can see why. It'll come.

The stats will always govern whether your wife cheats, engages in cuckoldry or sharing. By that I mean that unless they hit certain levels encounters won't happen - but even if they are at a certain level they won't make it happen - you do. You'll always be able to reject encounters regardless, in all paths. I don't want you to feel forced to engage with a character you may dislike. This doesn't mean that I'll really be able to write alternative encounters for them - this is something we've been discussing. Regarding Wifey and Trish in 4.1 - there should really have been option too - and I reckon I'll be adding one as I go into 5.0.

As your wife falls deeper into the Cheating lifestyle, I intend that it'll become quite addictive to her, and corrupts her - so that she sees it as normal. So there will be sneaking about - it's the best sort for that path, I reckon.

Regarding acting normal, respectfully etc - you'll be fine. Once we are in the zone where a kink initiates, you just have to stay there. This means that you won't have to engage in any realism busting activities to continue with the lifestyle. You'll have a bit more flexibility as to what you do or don't do. You're right that you have to like the protagonist - and I see that some of the stat affecting decisions wound some people up for the reasons you state. From now choices will be less offensive, but will still allow you to play as a flawed individual if you want to (that's what I like to do) - depends on how you see your favourite kink. Up to this release, we were just heading towards this point, but now some of us are there, it'll all calm down a little.

We all have different views about how fast things should move forward . Still, in this release wifey engages in a fling with Trish (depending on your route) which I reckon is progress. The dream is also a way of showing her subconscious willingness to venture into new pastures. It'll never happen faster than this in WMW, as tbh - even this seemed quick to me in terms of realism - I just really wanted her to get drunk and fuck someone else!
