Sometimes the game can freeze (this is outside my control) so maybe you can close and open the game. The second image the one about the doctor, did you arrive to it by playing normally or is the recollector room?

You can't advance the game without talking to the nurse first, if you talk to the doctor he will tell you something like you need an appointment or something like that.

The idea of the changing of cloths is in most of the RPGM H Titles(which i forgot, since there are quite a lot) where the MC either can have her cloths taken off by us the players, get damage to the point where depending on her corruption she is daring or not to walk around naked or both method removing cloths(some games got both method), she would either fix her cloths with an item or just RUN like there was no tomorrow to her house/room if shes in town hoping no one saw but if say for example if there is no item and she is naked in public, there could be a small mini game of trying to walk/run through town stealthily back home safe while avoiding the NPCs detection line of sight(LoS) cone-like shape like 3-5 squares in front of NPC that look in different direction every few seconds and if caught in NPCs LoS in most games there is either just a reaction from NPC which would affect MC stats(if there is one) in a way or a reaction to want to have a H scene(groping, teasing, rape) with MC.
Since your game got a character standing picture, you could just turn her naked with some coding when you take off her cloths from the equipment or with a feature icon(changing cloth) inside your inventory where you can/may use it in certain places or anywhere depending on you as a Dev. Not to forget other than the standing picture, you also need to pair it with the character's sprite showing that its naked too, be it taking of 1 body armour/cloths or in parts(some games separate all the cloths: dress, top, bottom, bra, underwear, etc), some games also do things like innocent/casual/feminine/slutty base on type of cloths which for some games the Devs would make the NPC react to what you wear(like wearing something slutty will let you see more NPCs with heart icons or something).
The current most troublesome thing in your game now is going to the guard's changing room or your own room to change cloths, it would be nice if you open up more places to change. Like in school, clothing shops with changing rooms or public restrooms/open space with bushes/trees(maybe set in some kind of daring/confidence/exhibition/inhibition stat), unless you are trying to make it realistic to where certain location she got certain cloths stored, which in my opinion she could also brought extra cloths in her bag to change anywhere.
By the way, if you won't be doing piercings and tattoos, will you be putting in "Toys"? Be it solo fun/training, lesbian fun/training/torture and/or male NPC fun/training/torture.

- The small park public restroom don't have male/female icons in the current version.
- Need fix or do something for this which i forgot during where early gameplay.

Its not only there but later in the game in other places the scenes will get stuck and you need replay from a save. So make a good habit to save alot, like before steping into a room/building or starting/reaching something that may be a scene(like a group of npc standing close together).

During this game, you won't be able to have her totally naked, unless is a controled situation (the idea of the mini game is already on my plans for certain scenes). I really wanted to implement battle damage but the combat won't be a central part of this game so maybe it won't work as intended. My first intention was to do the coding of the clothes like you said, but I really couldn't so what I do is change the character, if she's naked I put the naked charecter, if it's in her uniform then I use the character with uniform, but this is not the best solution, because as far as I know they don't share experience, so I need to find a way to change the sprite but not the character. The idea of the characters with a reaction to her clothes is also contemplated.
Toys will be in game and I will open more places for her to change.
I don't have the asset of the male/female signs when is an exterior map, the program change the asset acording to what type of map you want to build. (For example: If I choose interior, then I won't have trees).
I will do my best to find where is that mistake of the standing portrait and the pixel character, but without knowing for certain the conversation it can take me a while to find it.

Yep, just copy your save folder from the previous version and paste it in the same place of the new version.

The objectives/Quest section of the game have the instructions of what to do. You can use it to advance in the game.
A question Shadow Blade, is there no way for you to put up a dedicated key for skipping/fast forwarding like the 'W' key or the 'Ctrl' key like in most RPGM games instead of holding 'ENTER' or 'Z' key? I mean the 'ENTER' or 'Z' is a selection/next key so in many RPGM games using these keys to fast forward/skip is kinda dangerous when reaching a 'Choice' option.

I copied my 0.08 save folder over but when I load the save in v 0.10, there is nothing in my open quests, so have zero idea where to go, what to do.

Yes a fast forward button is one of the part of my to do list. I still need to investigate it and add it to see if it works properly, hopely it will be ready for the next update.

I see, do you have save file prior the ending of 0.08? For example if it ended at the hospital, after rtalking with Judith, do you have a save file before the H scene for example? If you do, load from whatever file you have from before the ending, and it should charge you all the new content.
This happens because I add the new content in the new release but you have a save file without the new content, that's why seeing again the end can activate all those things.
If you don't have a file I can give a save file at the beginning of 0.09 or at the end of 0.08 (I don't remeber).

Game breaking bug - Main Quest: Permission for the meeting. If you complete the first half of the quest by passing out leaflets, then instead of going to the man and his wife in the casino area to start the 2nd half, you explore a little and go into the casino, the man no longer has the star over his head to start the 2nd half of the quest. Also, everyone that you talk to have no text.. they will turn to you to talk, but it will be blank. You cannot end the quest.
