Maybe turn this little bug into a feature. Her sitting or standing on the desk could be interesting. And the idea of the governor and our heroine falling for each other is an...intriguing thought. Maybe one of the routes.

Went to the square - talked to three characters
Then I went to the governor - there they touched her ass and that's the end of the update ???

As you said the new content consist in the interactions of the Guard, the outer Guard and the Governor. (story speaking) if you want to include all the new technical work, well, we have the new version of the game (HD and SD) and the creation of the new maps and everything that takes (doing these things takes time too). I did everything I could the last month to add as much content as possible but I ran out of time.
I must remind that I can't work full time in the game. I have my part time job that keeps me from starving and my recently retaken university classes in person and everything this takes (commuting, homework, projects, etc.).
I certainly understand what you say and why you say it, but please understand that I cannot dedicate 8-10 hours a day to the game as I would like.
I'm not a big project that lives of this (and therefore be able to work entirely on the game) with years and years of experience and knowledge to do everything quickly, I'm just a guy who tries his best to create a good game (I know the definition of good varies from person to person XD).
Yeah...as that girl who once tried to make a simple Ren'py game about a perverted detective (the quarantine had just started, I was locked up and bored out of my mind) based on my brother, I know the workload that comes with this sort of thing. I had all day and was bursting with ideas and it still took me like 4 hours to finish the dialogues for the interactive parts of the home office. (Granted, I also had to draft up what the office would look like, but even counting the time it took me to draw it and send it to my partner, that was less than 1 hour.)
I'd offer to help with the dialogue, but I'm just not very good at writing porn (I can and do write, but I've never really written for porn games outside that one time mentioned above, and that project died before it ever took off), and...
...Let's just say I hate how common it is that creators like you cannot focus on your projects because of money.

Sometimes it's really hard to write something! I remember having troubles when talking about Nora's past because I always want for the game to be consistent, but I couldn't remember what I have already said about her past. I keep a notebook with the profile and story of the characters to be always consistent, but I often found myself lacking some data that can be a line of information or two. So I need to track down these lines and I can't always remember fast enough in which part they were.
Your game really looks interesting! I would like to play it if sometime you decide to retake it! And thanks! It's always nice to find people willing to help you!
Right now my goal is to increase the number of art commissions, and advance as much as I can under my circunstances. Maybe some day I will be able to work full time in this, but right now I must do the best I can with what I have.

Nope there isn't, but in the objectives section, you have the information about what to do.
Finally have time to play and done with this update, goddamn this one feel even more heavy than before with the truth about Nora's father and what he have done for the sake of his daughter but we all know what the inevitable fate will await her. The outpost really show how grim and depress the situation outside the city are, at the very least the captain design look very good so I don't mind to see more of her in the future

Thank you! I really try to do my very best with every update! That was the idea with the Governor, to create a character that Nora wants to punch every time she sees him.
