I wouldn´t think too much about other engines for now.
RPG MV is a solid decision, only MZ is more actual, is very similar and has few "new" options to offer, like the layer option, which existed in RPG XP, but was dropped in VX and MV. You can use the MV tilesets in MZ, but not the plug-ins, therefore it is a money decision.
Tried the WOLF engine myself years ago, but switched back, because there was not much community support that days, don´t know how much changed.
Renpy, I really hate to work with that engine. The engine is not as simple as most of the Renpy games look. And as far as I know you, you don´t want to create a basic Renpy game (text and picture clicker) and it is really picture heavy. In my opinion, there are only a few Renpy games that show what is really possible with that engine, like Fashion Business, Bright Past or Special Request.
Unity, didn´t try it myself, but I am impressed by the variaty of possiblities. You can create strategic games, RPGs or even Renpy like games. But I really don´t know how complex the engine is and how much mods/DLCs you need to work on something specific. The best adult game example I can think of is Hail Dicktator.
The games above are only examples, if you want to have a look some games and not the engine only. If you want me to delete them, because I should not advertise any games here, just write me.

Shadow Blade, is it possible to at least start a closer relationship between Dad and Nora? You know start getting a little romance/intimacy going in the next update? The actual incest part can happen a little later. Also, consider extending the H scenes more often. Have in the update where Nora admits to herself that she is finding her Dad sexually attractive, and the Dad does also. Maybe, while she is masturbating on her bed, her Dad sees her. Or she spies her Dad in the shower rubbing one out, while speaking out loud about Nora.

Oh I'm just worried Nora (and Judith) won't be able to stand against their enemies in shadows without old Peter's help. Like a lot of help.

Nothing huge here. Just a small nod to remind how important value of the information is. When your country needs you, it's your duty to be prepared in a best possible way. Even if it means being fucked by an old creep in a backalley. Or elsewhere. Tbh, Pete could visit Nora/Judith's houses cuz it's good to fool around with backgrounds a bit.

ahhhh, honestly she could lost it in one update with dominic but i like to work all the routes to try to keep them at the same level, so i will work things a bit more before her deflowering, but her ass won't be safe

To be fair, there is plenty of room in that backalley to make an entrance to a single, small area with just his tent/house which could be useful and much easier to do than whole district.
I have been playing and Supporting this game via Patreon since i found it on here at 0.16 I love the game. The creator is very interactive for Input on discord so if you like the game or would like to support/ assist in changes that has worked well for me to give a great deal of feedback!
