Thanks for the pointers, I 've figured it out, but I don't play H-games to foolishly and pointlessly waste 1-2 hours of my time with games that have a 20% or less chance of accomplishing their goal and then start all over again.
I remember playing Kingdom heart 2 before playing the first and all the other that came before it so I was so confuse lol

kinda scared of the 1000 choice when there is 7 girl. it mean either :

Yep, it was a pain in the ass playing the game without the walktrough (some choices are "don't do this => then do this" and don't matter at all... but others let you out of a route if you don't reach 100 points)
I will translate it in the next few days.
This didn't fix everything, at least not in the Iroha route anyways. Long sentences break it, as well as missing quotations or % breaking the code. Here's my file that covers Ageha/Iroha and the Twins at least if someone wants a partial one.
DLC's in there.
The H-scenes are basically locked behind getting the normal ending for each heroine first (except Iroha who is locked behind Ageha's endings first), best practice is to have a save before the confession scene since the H-scene will unlock on the 2nd playthrough after the first ending. There's some logic for which route takes priority, but easiest to focus on one heroine at a time and deny the rest except in the case of the twins.
