That one is in Paul's photo folder on all paths, it's just that you actually see the uncorrupted version on the sharing path as well (MC mentions when seeing the corrupted one that he'd seen the original earlier).

I haven't seen any walkthrough for this game yet.
I did only one playthrough and it led me to the sharing/nts path. Obviously i choosed every lewd-est option, cheering for both the wife to 'make things happen' and chatting very openly with the sister in law.
I'm curious, if I were to try a second playthrough, what is the general pattern for the cheating path? What are the differences with the loyal path?

I can't remember the specifics, but when you get to the key choices, it will tell you if they lead to sharing or cheating (this might be an option you need to "turn on" in preferences first). It's not always the "lewdest" choice though that will lead to cheating, as on that path, you as MC do not want your fiancee to do stuff with anyone else, but she does it anyway (otherwise it's just the sharing path you've already played).
Differences are largely in what you see. On the cheating path you get some different images on the laptop, that should lead to some suspicions, and you also get some different dialog and imagery when talking to Merry. For instance, on the sharing path, you have some video calls, one with Paul, after which he sends you video of Merry giving him a HJ and a BJ. On the cheating path, you just have a video call with Paul where he is acting a bit odd, and you can just about see Merry's head in the mirror, bobbing up and down as she blows him. In another call with Merry, she gets surprised by Paul in the bathroom while naked, and on the cheating path, she tells you that she's sent him away, but you can see his fingers coming into and out of view as he plays with her breasts just out of shot. That sort of thing. On the loyal path, none of that happens and you just get photos and video chat with Merry where she teases you and flashes her breasts and/or pussy.

Honestly, a loyal path in these types of games should be legally abolished; it's nothing but a waste of precious time & resources for the developer.
