In my opinion, that's the problem with all NTR phone stories. Especially when the victim is isolated and has no allies. If a story is well-written, the reader shouldn't know anything beyond what the author tells them in it. But here, it's as if a detective novel outright revealed the murderer, the method, and the motive from the start—enjoy the thrilling story, dear reader! All that's left is to scroll to the ending to see how the main character will react.
