but for my second playthrough I want to go for Flavia

but as a monogamy player that doesn't do threesomes

I want to know do she have a monogamy route and can I get on it without taking part in any of her threesomes

Every girl have only monogamy route man, you'll have to choose which girl path you wanna go in last update (or the one before last one).
From that point you only see scenes with chosen girl.

Yes, man, even if you turn them down when Flavia and Talitha suggest having some fun (when you meet them at the cabin) - after that you still can pursue and have scenes with Flavia and eventually you will be able to choose Flavia as your main LI.

Also there are no threesome routes/endings here, Talitha is just a side girl to have some fun on the ride.
Eventually you can choose as your LI any of these girls: Elyce, Lily, Rosa, Candice, Kate, Niki and Flavia.

i lost interest after being forced to a single LI, game felt kinda over at that point. not in a satisfying way but most endings are rushed and full of holes anyway, but definetly had the feel of a movie ending hopeful the studio will greenlight a sequel if sales are good enough. the sequels in those always suck too
