Looking for games like Out of Touch, Superhuman, or The Last Sovereign. I think there are plenty of games that meet the criteria above (minus well written), but there is definitely a huge variation in quality. What are the best games that fit the criteria that you can think of? Id prefer being able to pursue multiple love interests but it's definetly not necessary.

Pale Carnations - my personal best in terms of writing
Seeds of Chaos - rich fantasy world with decent writing
Hero Party Must Fall - good adventure with spicy writing
Vae Victis - very rich setting, a lot to explore and you basically travel arcoss the whole medieval world
Headmaster - best interactions between characters

Whenever i see you recommending ska im getting a little closer to the temptation. Should i give in?

Well afaik in 0.46 you'll be able to play it all the way to the corruption ending. As to whether to play it, depends on how much you enjoy slow corruption and prostitution, and whether you're prepared to play a 40-hour JRPG, with the spiciest stuff being in the last 10-15 hours.

If you can stomach archaic gameplay mechanics (lots of hidden content in game, locked content in NG+ and grindy gameplay loop) and an asshole protagonist then go for Rance [1-7, 8 (or called Quest), 9 and lastly (not translated due to how big the game is which a lot of people claims to have the longest script in all of gaming)] assuming you don't know that game at all since you did not mention it.

Most "well-written" games are often in the visual novel category so look at if you want. I suggest looking at a lot of games, they prioritize making games with mid to great gameplay and engaging story, characters and world (also banging soundtracks). I already mentioned it (Rance) but others such as Dohna Dohna, Evenicle games (1 and 2), Dai games (Daibanchou, [this one has MTL translation]) and the Beats series (Haruka, Escalayer) are great too.

is a contender too such as the Meister games (Kamidori Alchemy, Amayui Castle and Labyrinth, Himegari Dungeon) and Ikusa Megami series (Zero and Verita) also Arterial of Origins.

Another is SofthouseChara with their Bunny Black series (1, 2 and [untranslated]) and (borrowed from [linked is not a remake though] which also falls in your criteria).

I can name a few more or describe the games in greater detail but I need to look deeper in my list, I do have some games that are one and done (not in a series, most likely a long game) if you want. What I named here are games which prioritizes story, characters, world and/or gameplay over h-scenes.
