Correct.
I mean, there's a reason nearly every one of these "choice" stories has paths, walkthroughs, guides, mods, hints, etc...
But hey, if it's more enjoyable for someone to make choices in order to avoid paths and content they don't want; while rejecting a story or content (they'd otherwise be making choices to get) because it's a kinetic, linear story, that's their choice...

I played it a long while back, too. Had it in my trash bin.
But, I saw the dev changed to Ren'Py, so gave it another chance.
The Ren'Py story is different from what I recalled in the RPGM story...
I do somewhat recall what you talked about, her running off on the map...
I kind of recall thinking it felt more NTRish than NTS, which is why I trashed it, plus not a fan of RPGM, why I don't play The Office Wife, even though it has some content I like, and unfortunately the Ren'Py version sucks...
I think it's the carnival/fair scene where she did run off in the RPGM version.
But, in the Ren'Py remake, it's the BF imagining a scene.
And, I certainly understand what y'all are saying about kinetic vs choice VNs.
I generally skip kinetic stories that I'm pretty sure aren't going to be to my liking.
It's just that I play choice stories for a specific path, story, that I'd like.
I'm not making choices in hopes of seeing a path I don't want to see...lol
And if I were able to pull out that specific path I chose, put it as a kinetic novel, I'd absolutely read that kinetic novel...
I kind of thought that's what MGFMND was going to be for you based on the Ren'Py changes...

I wasn't going to focus on interracial sex, but it will be in the game, in the form of two characters, the rest of the characters will be white, if that's important to you.
The basis of the plot is the NTR or NTS branch, although you can go along the branch of Love without letting Lisa go over the edge.

It's not that interracial is a problem. It's that it's hilariously not diverse. It's always a black guy, who of course, must have the biggest dick in the game and no one else can hold a candle to him. Would love to see more diversity and a black guy with an LBC instead of a BBC who is portrayed nicely (they are often portrayed as villains) and gets some pity fucks.

There are certain things that people like. Most people. And there are some things that the majority of people don't like. I proceed from the principle of "from more to less", where to close first. the most popular kinks and then go to the local ones. Fortunately, my tastes coincide with the tastes of the majority and I just need to do it.
In order to make more interesting characters, you need more time. And making characters unique is not worth the goal. The goal is to create a general interesting story. If for someone the game becomes bad from the fact that there are certain cliches, then I think for such "aesthetes", games come out little.
I will definitely have White Guys with big dicks in the game, if you are so important to dicks.

Sounds like Lisa by Palegrass.I need help with searching for a game. MC is female, she has a bf, i think that they are in college or high school, i think that at the start of the game, girlfriend goes on a school trip with swimming team or something like that, and on the bus she meets some guy that she likes and if she fucks him later, her friend gets angry with her. Last update was something like they end up in some wood on a trip and they find some old castle. I think that it is a rpgm game, im not quite sure. There are multiple choices, optinal swinging, ntr and cheating. Help please
Appreciate you posting, when I played through the version of game posted here my comment about it being focused on IR was based on the current content only - of which there's a significant focus on with both the Carl and Kira conversations.
As LAB above beat me to it, my issue isn't with skin color but the tropes associated with the fetish. It's an insular fetish that doesn't play well with others, which is why I notate it clearly; rare is the game with the fetish present and not a hyperfocus on it. And that's fine for players who want a focus on it, I've nothing against their satisfaction, only that things be clearly labeled.
(Sadly I've also found the "gf/wife female best friend character who treats MC poorly but wants to corrupt gf/wife" is almost always part and parcel of the above). But hey, if you're planning a variety of scenarios, more power to you, and I'll be eager to see where the game goes.

I honestly can't say, I don't play all the hetero stuff, only some of it.
Kinda? not really? There are a few swinger scenes here and there so in that respect it's worth playing.... though that PALES to the amount of content on both the lesbian paths with the various other mothers and daughters and the incest-son stuff, as well as cheating liasons with various one-offs. I used to follow it closely but got frustrated when update after update was more Parker stuff (the teenage son, but he looks fresh out of middle school).

Not really, no. Sex scenes are usually pretty boring for me. Though, some devs get it right occasionally. I guess I start off irked that the assumption is all guys like lesbian shit. And then many games, the other girl is often very aggressive at trying to get the FMC to play around with her, which I find incredibly annoying. The two games that got it right for me were Desert Stalker (MC + Shani + Queen) and Long Story Short (MC + Vanessa + Angela).
