lol I'm glad I have no interest in phone games.

honestly that was me until I said fuck it and gave one a try recently lol. Tho im still not entirely sold on all of them unless I like the artwork or if it's Daz
ya that's why both phone affair and stay online are decent..... I shy away from the regular realporn phone games that were the norm for so long - they also all tend to have the same 'wife cheats with bbc' story.

So many here just mildly accepting the "being lesbian ain't cheating" trope, in a thread supposedly devoted to SHARING content.....smh
sorry, I'm confused, what does lesbianism have to do with sharing? I assume most here are less interested in the group sex variety with two women, unless I'm misunderstanding you...

Just a reference to some recent replies here about FMCs as cheating lesbians in games that are at the top of this list, (mainly because they involve sharing), but it just seemed a few players were "so happy" to see lesbianism occurring in FMCs whilst also being critical of those same FMCs being involved in the usual over-used NTR tropes. I get the idea that these members only consider cheating to involve opposite-sex partners, when in reality the act of cheating is a mind-trait, irrespective of gender or situation.
Don't get me wrong, two girls going for it is a good thing in my view, if it is in a sharing scenario within a sharing game.
Otherwise, its simply a part of a cheating path or plain old lesbian path.
I mean, if you wanna discuss NTR scenarios, go to the NTR thread?

in terms of an MC in an nts/sharing game, do you prefer the MC to be more dom or sub?

and which MC do you like the most out of all the nts games you've played?
I already answered this yesterday in Joshy's thread but for sake of conversation in this thread i'll post my reply

I think I like something of a mix of both. I don't really want my MC even in a sharing or NTR game to be a pathic loser if given the choice. But I also dont want him to be a total dom either cause there are times I think are great for a MC to be a bit more of a sub like holding his wife's hand during a sharing scene as that makes more romantic imo. That and I don't have the personality to be a dom to begin with but there were times I thought the MC from exciting games was a bit to much for me with his personality since he is more on the dom side of things. But nor should a MC be a pushover towards the other guy if does something out of line.

Now I think about it the MC from A life worth living is a good example of this he has a good balance of both.

Perhaps I've a more radical take on this, I resent the entire dichotomy - nothing on your suggestion itself rather what's available in existing games.. I prefer the MC to be neither, not classified as a "dominant" nor "submissive" personality, just a regular guy who makes decisions based on the circumstances. You know, a guy who isn't a doormat but also isn't always ordering others around.... just a confident reasonable person. Surprisingly this is uncommon in the sharing games arena.

Hard to say because of the above. It's a great question though - I'd want an mc who's reasonable and evenhanded, and cares deeply about his girlfriend(s).

I like the Nothing is Forever guy until he gets super insecure and introspective about his job.......I like the Deliverance guy with regard to how he treats Kat and their sharing scenes - not super dom and controlling but not super sub and cucky, though at the same time we don't really get to see more of how he reacts in romantic situations.

The mc narration in "Moonripple Lake" is pretty good, he clearly cares a lot about Suzie without being overly controlling or cucky...

I agree and I didn't really clarify my answer. I was just doing an either/or answer. lol But you're description of an MC is good.

of the two, yeah, more dom than sub.
I have no issue with the wife/gf/li being the "initiator", a little dom at times, but agree with Sage..., I dislike the humiliation stuff.

don't have a favorite male MC.
There are a few that are pretty ok, along the lines of how Johnny described.
Off the top of my head...
The new Because I Love Her, the male MC has the option to be "reasonable".
The Three Panels, the MC is pretty solid.
The MC in A Life Worth Living is another that's solid.
Nothing is Forever has a pretty good MC.

The female MCs from those are pretty good, too. Reader has a great deal of input with choices on how far you want her to go, shape her personality, or like in Nothing is Forever, which LIs personality/interests match the reader's...

Don't have a favourite MC for NTS games, but can see the merit in Sage and redoubt's suggestions for a "balanced and reasonable" MC, that takes the FMC's wishes into account, along with his own.
Because of that I have no wish to play Sub or Humiliation routes, or even countenance games in general where that is a focus, or is forced.
I tend to mind-translate NTR and NTS as NTRegret and NTShared. (where Regret means "Fuck!! Why did I let this happen?" And Shared means "Fuck!! Agreeing to do this is Hot!!")
Yeah, I know I'm probably alone in this view...

It confuses me as to why NTR is more popular than NTS. More people get off to feeling humiliated and betrayed than having shared experiences with their significate other?
There are a lot of examples where a "game" starts off looking to be shared experiences and turns into beta cuck simulators because the audience wated it?
No kink shaming, and these are just fantasy. but why? is it just the bata cuck's "moan" louder?

I personally prefer NTS myself but im not entirely against true NTR either. For me it depends on how the game handles it if im fine with it. I'm more okay with NTR if I get to make the "NTR" choices for the Girlfriend / Wife as I have an entire different outlook and mindset when I do. As usually I go this might be kind of hot to make her into a cheating slut on this save , as I know what im getting my self into and what to expect. It also helps I don't self insert and I rarely care about a MC in a AVN because I play as a spectator. So because of all this I never really feel any sense of humiliation or Betrayal as long as I can make choices for the Girlfriend / Wife when exploring the NTR path since I know what im getting myself into .

However it's a different story if a few bad choices lead me to the path of NTR unless it's something like my MC is straight up cheating. For example in Pineapple Express I hated the NTR path because it did give me the feeling of betrayal before my MC even had the chance to cheat because the girlfriend just made assumptions at the start before anything even happened. But in A life worth living it didn't feel bad because my MC was a cheating son of a bitch and he deserved it on that path Mind you "NTR" is never my main save.
