Simmone was very cute, can't wait to see how her route will develop. Lana is kind of amazing but relationship where power dynamic is skewed not in favour of mc is not my thing I guess. Maybe it will change with time but somehow I think this game is too vanilla to let mc have more control and he will remain jester type of character.

Sexual content felt very experimental I'd say. Blowjob scene was amazing: pure first person pov, eye contact and Lanas expressions were amazing. Boobjob started well but I disliked the animation. Camera swaying sucks and her head looked really weird while moving. Vaginal sex scenes all suffer from third person pov instead of first person, too fancy poses and camera swaying for some of them. I would give an arm and a leg(well not really but still) for those scenes to be first person pov doggy or missionary instead. You guys really made this update feel special, that was awesome.
I honestly wasn't too keen on Lana as a character as first, but that completely changed with a lively backstory and memorable moments and scenes. Probably one of my favs now.
And the art.. still astonishingly good for a NSFW game.
Also didn't experience a single bug/issue on my end, the polish is very much appreciated.
Gonna be an enduring wait until the next chapter, but good things come to those who wait.

I was hoping that as well at the time (still kinda do actually) I remember two things being brought up - people fancying the tree maiden and people thinking that the mother fox was gonna transform into some hot foxy lady to reward us down the line but magicnuts came and said nah that wasn't happening for both lol.

As far as I know, there's some content planned for the maiden tree (maybe not a whole update, but something) and there will also be some furry content on the mix, but no with that exact fox, who is just an ordinary fox, but with Maple's friends. If you pay attention to Sev's words in this update, I think we can even say there's a hint of how furries became a thing in that realm

As much as I love this game (best game on this site) I have to wonder - will it ever get finished? The world map is huge and we've only been to 1 location and it's not even finished yet. At this point, I wouldn't be mad if they scrap the world map and only focus on finishing the main location (old capital).
Too late to scrap it now that this update hit and established the world much more strongly, the New Capital at the very least still has to stay since that's currently a very important place. Most of the other places hard to say though and maybe you're right for a bit for those, we'll have to see what they say in future updates.

They question you should ask yourself is whether it matters when it's finished? As long as there's fun content per update, does it really matter if they make one game out of it or 2?
Then again, as far as I recall the other locations aren't supposed to be as large as the current one anyway...
Right, it just seems like they are taking a huge task, especially for a 2 person team. Usually, if a game takes 3-4 years to develop, developers lose the passion they had for the game and abandon it, which is what I fear might happen here. Let's hope not though.

I didn't really think any of the story content felt off.
The "serious" moments fit and didn't feel like they were off tone to me.
Some slight pacing problems towards the middle, but nothing major, and I imagine trying to truncate it would probably make the story worse.
Only thing that felt underwhelming were the sex scenes.
They lacked the chemistry that earlier scenes had.
Holly and Myrtle both felt organic in how we grew closer to them and eventually become lovers.
Lana was just kinda "I wanna fuck you." And eventually she does.
Interesting thing to me were the statues of the women in the basement.
Seems to tell us what races we'll see in the future.
There were statues for a human, elf, orc, fairy and demon, which we've seen already.
But also an angel, and a mermaid.

You can't take six months to pass from "zero" to 2-3 penetration scenes for only one character (plus 3-4 BJ/TJ/etc scenes distributed around). You won't ever complete this game for real, unless you want to reduce all the following interactions to threesomes/foursomes etc, checking the same event for multiple characters with the same scene in a massive amount.
The following wants to be hopefully of help, I do not mean to disrespect or give the impression that I know more than you do about your business. I just hope to give possible hints to make your business more successful:
At the end of the day, I have eyes too and can see that your business is going well, but is still nowhere close to something that can settle you for life. Your income through patreon gets reduced a lot by the platform itself, taxes and it has to be distributed through team members, which makes it hard to hire more people. Still, other, very similar games, like SS have a solid userbase and income, and let me tell you that your game is not inferior in anything compared to them. Something has to change in the business model imho, to lead to more profits, hardware, people and then content.
For example, if you watch their release history, you can see that their MVP was version 0.07, and from version 0.01 they basically did a release per month without any real content, then moved to 2 months releases with some content, then after a year they started pushing big updates, that sometimes lack new content to rework old content.
The questions that I would ask myself is why do so many people support a game that has nothing better than mine, when I can clearly see that mine is more appreciated by my followers? (that pay roughly almost double per person compared to what SS followers are up to pay DC)
I'm not saying that money has to drive this project. Passion is the strongest fuel. But I'd like to see it completed, fully and properly, before I become the next Sev.
