I blame Picasso for making it okay for 'artists' to not be able to make the images they paint and draw look anything like how the models for the images actually appear. Just imagine if people really looked the way he painted them to look. Nowadays you don't even have to be able to make your 'art' look like anything at all, just tell those that don't like it that they aren't smart enough to understand it and those desperate enough to fit in with the crowd they want to fit in with will go along with anything to be accepted.I'd think that any artist worth a damn would without a doubt be a fan, to put it mildly, of the single greatest moment in history when it comes to Art.
It peaked then, and we haven't come close ever since. Some would probably say that we're straying even further from the apex nowadays, and I would have to agree in a general way (thankfully we are still gifted with a few pristine gems from time to time).
probably before juneJudging from how things are, this MIGHT come out the first week in June?
Keep dreamingprobably before june
That has nothing to do with Picasso (though I personally do not care for cubism at all), and everything to do with the art market and the rise of art dealers as the driving force behind general perception and consumption of art.Nowadays you don't even have to be able to make your 'art' look like anything at all, just tell those that don't like it that they aren't smart enough to understand it and those desperate enough to fit in with the crowd they want to fit in with will go along with anything to be accepted.
Welcome to F95zone, the only place on the Internet were porn turns into Art History Class....That has nothing to do with Picasso (though I personally do not care for cubism at all), and everything to do with the art market and the rise of art dealers as the driving force behind general perception and consumption of art.
I guess the cancer of postmodernism played a part too.
Check the crystal ball in the chest in MC's tent. From there you can access to hints, sex-scene galleries and cutscenes galleries. How can I access to the gallery?

I personally get the impression that the closer we get to the new update, the more impatient players get.

that later/present postmodernism has along with the market got messed up by people selling crappy and/or hired to make crappy art(subjectivity of art) and dealers/"agents" trying to or succeeding to trick people in to thinking that some art piece is amazing;may general feel is that there should be less art galleries(unless the artist(s)is paying for it)and installationseverything to do with the art market and the rise of art dealers as the driving force behind general perception and consumption of art.

I remember complaining that a blank canvas got sold for a ludicrous amount and an "artist" told me I just don't understand it, you need to read the description. I dunno, In my humble opinion the art should speak for itself. If I need to listen to a lecture while looking at a picture to understand or feel it, I won't consider it good, especially if it is obvious low effort. Tho I can still appreciate the work someone did on a piece that obviously took long hard work to make, even if it isn't to my taste. Anyway, whoever buys a blue canvas with a white line through the middle for 44 million dollars is either laundering money or an idiot.I feel similar to

I was thinking about getting the art investment account that is being shilled on YouTube currently. (Masterworks). The point that you really nailed there, especially in regards to the blank canvas or banana canvas artwork, is a lot of the high end art world (and the value associated with the art works) is a money laundering scheme. In a lot of cases "overinflated" art prices are actually just a way of moving money from point A to point B while keeping the facade of legitimacy. It's not about arts objective or even subjective quality or value, it's about circumventing tax and law entities.
