For any intelligent person that´s enough to know what it means when you hear again the phrase: "All patreons are cool with the progress that way, there are no real complaints........everything is cool and dandy."

Stop milking people out of their money and take a break for year or even 2, nobody gives a sht. The problem is when you take money every month but deliver nothing is return, that is the issue.
And even bigger issue is them lying to people that they're working! If you're working, you work will be done, no matter what. It doesn't magically get undone every night or so... and if it's done, release it!

So what actually what actually decides when the work is done? "If you're working, you work will be done, no matter what." Like what it's going to magically finish once a certain amount of time has past?

Oh they are still here what's funny to me is the people saying the devs should just immediately get back to work after having a baby. Because obviously the devs are going to car more about making sur a bunch of strangers have their porn gam on tim than the will being of their child. Are you guys even old enough to play the game? Or do you guys just stock every thread looking for an abandoned tag?

I can assure you that no one expressing a reasoned concern or criticism has ever been banned from their discord server. People insulting patrons and lying about devs, that's a different issue.

I fear the worst part will be that when the next update inevitably releases some not so smart people will claim that it only happened because the thread was marked abandoned.
This will only lead to more bitching in other threads: "This thread must be marked abandoned, it worked for What a Legend, a mere [x time] after the thread was marked abandoned the update dropped!!!111"
No, the update will come despite the tag, not because of it.

I think the people claiming they should work immediately after having a child deserve it more. Chill guys. Updates take about 1 year and they took some time off for maternity leave. Update is done except for debugging and should be ready by the end of the month. I understand you're annoyed it's taking so long, but sometimes life happens. I understand if devs were saying they were sick every other week, but I would have though people would have had more empathy over having a newborn.

its not abandoned game updates arive in a month or bit more but summertime is abandoned for 3 year and milikng idiots and pay f95 to not lose milking idiots

I don't know who decided to mark this as abandoned but it was a stupid decision, the dev is very much active on all platforms and you can get in contact with them.

They still work on the game and gives updates about the work, so...the abandoned tag doesn't make any sense.

There is an arbitrary 18 month rule, doesn't matter how much work is being done. And some people get off on reporting games that reach that limit (and even many that don't).

I'll admit, I'm confused why so many people are super upset.

Here, the husband is literally disabled from a medical issue, while the wife is taking care of their new kid AND HIM AND still drawing for the game! There is a reason why progress is slow, and they are upfront about it on their Patreon.

If you think progress is going to slow, then don't support them. It's super simple. If you think something is a scam then describe why it's a scam and move on... Just saying it's been 6 months without an update, games a scam without context is fucking STUPID! Being A DIK has REALLY long updates that take 6 months to a year to roll out an update, is that a scam? Drawing animations takes fucking time, writing dialogue takes time, writing GOOD dialogue takes even more time. The updates come out when the character arc is done, they don't do monthly updates. It's expected to take at least 3+ months... True this one is extremely slow, but they told their donors why.

I'm not saying their aren't scams out there, there are. Look at the java game Newlife. Clearly a total scam, Splendid only adds like 1 user provided scene a month, that he didn't even write. Scam.

You're making sense. You're also longer on this site than me, so you should know that won't fly around here. Best thing to do is to just check the OP to see if an update has arrived or check out the dev's Patreon where the game is available for free. Let the nay-sayers here have their little circle jerk. Won't make any difference about the development of this game whatsoever.

...because those are the site rules? It's not like I care about how long it takes if the finished product is good. That's why I'm on this thread.

The only reason people asked for the tag is because that's what's in the rules. Unless they amend it, it shouldn't be left out because the developers are active.
