Updated my Compression and the Patches + attached an update only patch from v0.7 -> 0.7.01.

Man this update's a whole movie with build-up and climax and everything. And a long movie at that. The devs really blew it out of the park with their writing of all things, which I wasn't expecting. And no shortage of pictures. So many pictures you can understand the scenes with very little reading. Not finding Gomira attractive personally and underwhelming sex scenes aside, great update
