Supposedly the latest estimated date by the Devs is 10th December. They have no credit in the bank right now for providing reliable estimates so I wouldn't be surprised if that slipped again at least once.

No NTR definetly because once they add NTR they lost forever summertime saga which is there biggest competitor ! So don't worry they never do that !
