They are basically four seperate games. They all have different content, the remake has different content from the first 3 parts that was changed so you can play all four if you like.
No idea as the remake is unfinished before being abandoned so it would probs be expected for there to be bugs.
So season 1 and 2 are completed, but season 3 is abandoned. Is what we have worth going through?

Because it is abandoned. I don't know why it's in a spoiler though but nothing has changed.
The op was updated and the main dl links in the remake spoiler points to version 0.2.2 vs what it used to be 0.2.0...
Well, now I am not sure what is going on. The 0.2.2 version seems to be missing some things, and is all screwed up with the images and some variables.
The 0.2.2 version seems to go down the route of Sandra and the 0.2.0 version from before follows Emily and ends there. Neither version has this piece of the other.
So apparently this 0.2.2 version has the entire chapter 3 commented out. And the Sandra piece is chapter 4 which is what is new.
I wouldn't recommend downloading the 0.2.2 that was updated in the OP at this point. Is a buggy mess and the new chapter 4 content is very small and doesn't seem finished.

well finished the game and i really liked it but its too bad we cant see the 4 woman pregnant. but i digress its def a good game someone should carry on i would if i knew how to actually code and make a renpy game and all the ins and out of it.

I've been through all three parts and I enjoyed myself. The elephant in the room for this title is that Molly is always in complete control, even though she says she wants to lose control. The MC doesn't even particularly want to be doing the extra marital activities but he does because she wants him to. She lays everything out, tells him exactly what she wants him to do, scolds him when he does it wrong and basically denies him sex with her when that's all he really wants. I couldn't quite come to an understanding about the whole "I dirty him by having sex with him but other women don't thing". Just seems like the female cuck thing in this title doesn't really seem like a mirror image of a male cuck thing. Not that it has to... just commenting.

That definitely checks out from what I remember ages ago.
The MC isn't the one starting things even after the wife specifically tells him this is what she wants, my guess is the dev didn't want the MC to seem like a douche or whatever. This is a pattern in the very few games where the girl is the cuck.
There's another one that the MC is blackmailed into it instead of him wanting to cuck the wife like it's agreed upon if I'm remembering correctly.

Ok maybe one more comment. I general the MC in these titles is not too bad and not very derpy. However... the one thing that's annoying his absolute refusal to assimilate the idea of immersion. Molly told him over and over and over to stop checking on her and making sure she's ok. The "over and over" should indicate that he fails repeatedly. In the remake the very first time he's with Sandra she's getting ready to blow him and talking to her husband and he has to open his stupid mouth and interrupt and criticizes what she says as if her husband can't take it. SHUT.. THE.. FUCK.. UP! Dumbass! It's like talking to a damn child. How many times do you have to be told! (ok I'm done
