Only for an Android port (since you can't do it yourself), that is only done because not everyone wants to use the patch (saves an extra download), it's left up to the end user if they want to apply the patch for that content or not, and it's not like "copy/pasting" the file takes more than a couple of seconds to do.

the reworked version katie war path , so far i haven't seen a difference between goin down that or being nice to katie at all compared to the original game. is anyone seeing a difference I'm not?
