By February the still renders should be complete, then the work for the cinematic(s) and animations should begin.
In the most optimistic case only 28 days for that I see it difficult, the most optimistic would be the end of March April... But as a veteran of this thread I have seen how the "90%" done took six months to get to "100%"... so with that experience I take precaution and wait for June... any date before that will be a Christmas present (and taking into account that the Halloween presents have not arrived yet for WIAB, I don't see why a Christmas near the middle of the year would be impossible

There is no real harem, so it's not like it works that way either, even Miru has a veto list, so even in an open relationship there would be relationships that lead to disaster.
