I don't think it's gonna work like this... imo NTR off means she won't cheat on MC, but if MC agrees to an open relationship then he would be allowing her to sleep with other men (same thing for the porn thing), it would be sharing by player's choice and not NTR, and if he fucks a bunch of women but don't gives her a green light when she requests (she would not do anything without MCs consent with NTR turned off), then she would probably feel that MC is fooling her to be able to sleep with other women and would probably break up with him. I don't think player's will be able to keep Miru cheating and fooling her like this.
