We make fun of college AVNs but there's a reason so many devs clamor to make them, they see DPC and others that were successful and hope to capitalize on the market. Also, Steam is (in ideal settings) a huge influx of cash at the start as everyone buys it and then it levels off because it's a one time purchase. To really flex WIAB, he would need a Patreon for it which isn't possible anymore. Subscribestar is a decent backup but not quite the same exposure wise, and the plot of WIAB will never draw the way SG can.

Don't know what to tell you. I like Ocean as a dev but I can critique the hell out of him for the mess the games are currently in. I own SG on Steam, I will purchase WIAB, and I occasionally toss money his way but not full time. There are other devs here that I'd rather support full time with my income.

I like SG. I just like WIAB way more. Ch5 of SG was my favorite chapter. Though that's because it added some WIAB style intrigue... and added the best WIAB woman.

Some people just don't know or refuse to accept it. It sucks but it is what it is.

Personally I'm just glad there's still a chance we might see them progress further. Way less optimistic about them actually being completed.

I agree with that, and I think SG is less interesting compared to this game.

Not saying it's boring or not good, just that WiaB was more interesting that SG at first. But he more time pass, the more it's getting less interesting, sadly.

Lets not talk ourselves out of enjoying a release in a week. At least, I'm open to there being about twice as much stuff that I knew about WiaB in a week than I do now. I'm going to play like it's christmas.

Nope! My scripts are ready. I think they will work somewhat well. All Helen, Dana and Leia renders that have over 50% exposed skin will be flagged and properly disposed of before my eyes can see them!

The only way this can turn out catastrophically bad is if Ocean decides to dress these or other characters in skin tone colors

More Katie is good but doesn't save WiAB for me. I'm not a simp like Mav!
