You probably still have the i patch installed. Make sure the version you're playing doesn't have it and start over, then you'll get to chapter 4.
If he would redo things, it would be better if he did like the dev from Halfway House did, make it so that everyone in the house are just living there for some reason and have no correlation so the mc can bang everyone, but this way he did it now became so lame

was looking to start a fresh and dig in, but then read what ocean's done to the game. shut it down instantly and probably not gonna play it ever again. what a fucking waste. disappointing.
Do I understand correctly that even though the Lewd Patcher mod (uncensore) is still available, it will break the new version of this game?

Yes. The patch is for the version that ended with chapter 3.
The update with chapter 4 includes rewrites making an i patch harder to implement.
The funniest thing is that Ocean didn't change the plot one bit. Everything is going as usual. I'm delighted with how he fucks you.That is what happens when you become the bitch of these services. They are a symptom of what is going wrong in our societies and why Hollywood is comatose on good movies. Due to the woke, politically correct loudmouths no little constantly annoyed snowflake is to be told the truth and not speaking about some things and events will make them go away.
Ocean retireing Leia and Kati as LIs since they are Willi´s sisters is one thing. But Patreon breathing down his neck due to Willi banging Leia in the past which made him flee the city is absurd! That is part of the backstory! But then again Patreon would not recognise writer´s creativity and freedom if it would stamp on their feet! One reason I boycott Patreon for years now!
I am a hobby writer myself and these flat fappers have zero say about what stories I write! It is bad enough that we have this epidemic of warning labels in books. That a crime or war story contains violent and/or shocking scenes is simple logic. You should not be surprised or need a warning sign!
WIAB is one victim of this spook, Ocean is rewriting it with a hot needle and it shows. A load of rubbish, not fitting anymore.
I know this might be a bit too optimistic on my part, but now that both reworks are finished and available on Steam, should we expect a shorter update cycle, or not?

Personally I'm gonna expect the worst and be pleasantly surprised if it comes sooner. There's not really any precedent with Ocean since he's all over the place.
You are most probably not a writer, since then you would not post such a BS. While the general plot outline has only small changes, the changes made to the characters and backstory, which are also important to a novel, are horrifying rubbish and the idiotball going around. It is pretty obvious that Ocean is throwing something together which he never intended before.
With these changes Willi has ZERO logical and emotional reasons to ever return to Wollust, just one example.
All the changes in Part 4 are a bluff. All these stories about criminal families are a bluff. There is someone, who controls Willie and Leia by influencing their consciousness. Willie and Leia are his project. He created them with one purpose. And this purpose is not achieved. Therefore, he forces Willie to return and fulfill his destiny.

You missed the memo? Ocean said on discord that Nika is not related to anyone that has had screen time in WiaB, yet. THat means there will be someone he's related to that we'll see, but they haven't appeared. This means, Nika is most likely the child of one of the antagonist families, or collateral damage. I'd put my money on the antagonist offspring in a gang + NTR storyline.
But this means:
- Willi is not Nika's dad
- Leia is not Nika's mom
- Miru isn't
- Noji isn't
- Katie isn't
- Donna isn't
- Daphne isn't
- Zoey isn't
- Gefritzel isn't
etc. If we've seen them, Nika's not related.
The reason I bring that up is that there is no guarantee of the expected outcome of an action in WiaB leading to a consequence in SG. Some things seem clear (like Ayua existing, and Miru, Amber, Noji, Zoey, Stefan, Leia, Katie, Willi, Gefritzel, Elena, Emilio, Nicole and Dani surviving) While others are less clear (actual family connections).
Jenna could be spreading a rumour because she was jealous SHE wasn't getting coaching from Willi. Just like rumours about Willi and Leia were spread after Willi left. I have to remind myself that any person in a mafia game making a statement is quite possibly doing so with an ulterior motive, lying, or just messing with the truth, because they're all playing chess with someone in their mind and they all think they're immensely clever.
Additionally, with the consequences not being directly correlated, this means in SG is Ayua is now a lewdable option. It also means that Willi might indeed have relations with half the town, but he doesn't have certain children. Ocean doesn't have to make every single load from William stay on target. Given how regularly he crempies Miru without protection, he clearly isn't capablae of guaranteeing pregnancy with every shot of lover juice.
This suggests both that WIlli does have offspring, but the fan service of Willi being the daddy of Wollust won't take place.

As a writer, I would ask you to temper your emphatic! Enthusiam! For! EXCLAMATIONS! Please, it's not this big a deal that every sentence needs an exclamation. Hard to take your stance seriously when the sky is falling every single sentence.
I get what has been lost of the original story. But it is lost, and it is not returning. Arguing why it was better or worse, arguing why patreon, SS etc are evil ...none of that changes that this is what we have and this is all there will be of WiaB moving forward. As a writer, you should be critiquing the internal cohesion (or lack thereof) of the narative. You should be discussing the internal inconsistencies, not the inconsistencies to know what is YOUR headcanon.

Yes, the music license got revoked on him. He'll likely redo one by the time Season 1 ends early access is my guess.
