I agree... it's really the only reason I stopped playing this about Chapter 5.

I keep watching the thread in case someone (or the dev) decided to merge all the chapters into one playthrough instead of having to play Chapter by Chapter.

It may never happen of course but... I'll keep following the game in case it does! LOL!!!
It will come... I have just been real busy with work and everything, so just hold tight, and I will try to work on that...

someone can make a mod or dev organize to an all in one game?
I was frustrated about this as well, so I just handed off a combined script.rpy to JJsworld via PM, with chapter breaks and a 'jump to' chapter menu at the beginning. Hopefully he's able to make use of it. Hopefully he will put together a combined package soon...

I didn't make fancy chapter images this time (like I did before with A New Beginning), just a black splash screen with chapter text in the center for each chapter. I wanted to keep things simple for JJsworld for future chapters, so that I can just focus on my own Daz hobby...

It was a WD Blue. I usually run the Inland M.2 in all my computers, but amazon had that one on sale for about $85 less, so I switched it out to my main drive and it took a dump after a year...
Cheers. I been wary of WD ever since I had 3 in a row fail on me (all of them WD Green something though).
These days I usually check before I buy anything.

Man I miss HGST. :\

Sorry for derail :)

Some constructive criticism here:
I sensed (latent?) 3DCG creation skills, probably better than most here. A good skill to have, and it will only improve over time. The girls perhaps a few too many copies of the same barbie figure, but that is just be my personal opinion. Some will like that.

In my subjective and unprofessional view, your biggest challenge to get more readers probably lies here: The characters, story and script are downright bad. The characters are flat and uninteresting and the MC repulsed me. Events that likely have never happened since the beginning of apekind, in a plot and dialogue that inspire attention. Having an English audience, without an English writer's proficiency, also did not help.

Despite these flaws, you have some avid readers and I also am intrigued enough, mainly due peak CG. At moments it felt just right, when selected design parameters came together, and creating something I found visually and aesthetically pleasing. In my selfish opinion, I would like to see more of just that.

My suggestion, given there probably is more written fiction out there than can be read in a lifetime:
1 Revive a great work from some barely known dead author, and for good measure weave some girls and spice in.
2 Collaborate with someone with (English) writing skills to atleast outline the story and characters (hint: given certain circumstances, less is more)

If there was a good amount of joy making this, ignore every and all critics, suggestions and 'demands'. Just keep doing whatever. Recognition from a crowd that will never be pleased, will likely not return dividends that benefit in any way. Financial or otherwise.

Toitoitoi!

Ok loyal readers... Thanks to my mentor, OhWee, there is a new link posted that contains all 9 chapters and has an option to skip previous chapters... Also did a few fixes in the script... Thanks everyone and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone...

JJsworld you're welcome!

Bob69 thanks for your tireless work doing the compression thing! Dropping the package size from 1.8gb to around 253mb is an impressive feat!

Just a quick note:

I suggested that JJsworld use the latest version of Ren'Py for the Ch 1-9 build. This is why it took so long for the combined build to be released, as JJsworld had a few issues with the Ren'Py 8.4.1 upgrade process, relating to text editor issues and such, which I helped him figure out.

Making these stories is something that JJsworld does just for fun in his limited spare time, so things like software issues can take a while to work through... I feel bad for this, should have left well enough alone, but what's done is done, and it's all been worked out.

So yes, not that it really matters, but the Ch 1-9 build is using the current 8.4.1 version of Ren'Py. This is just a VN, so Ren'Py 7.3 still would have sufficed with no issues, but using the latest version of Ren'Py usually isn't a bad idea...

As I mentioned before, I helped set up the code under the hood to accomodate future chapters. The idea here being that the next chapter can be released as an 'update' to the current build, alongside a full build of course. So hopefully when Chapter 10 is released, you can just add the Ch 10 pics to the current Ch 1-9 build, as well as updated versions of script.rpy, etc.

Also note that I set up 'hard stops' at the end of each chapter that temporarily stops the 'skipping' feature, the idea being that you can save at the end of a chapter, and skip through an earlier chapter if you don't remember where you left off and need to skip through a chapter(s). Skipping will be re-enabled once you click through the chapter break black screens. Ren'Py 8.4.1 has a smoother way to do this, but I wrote the 'stop/resume skip' code with 7.3 in mind, so I'll probably try to implement the new 'temporarily stop skipping' function into the next build (which is why I suggested the 8.4.1 upgrade). So future builds should be a little smoother in this regard.

This is definitely JJsworld's baby, I just felt the need to try to help!

Hopefully this all helps in the future!
