He took his sweet time to complete this. Why didn't he swap out the old renders with the new revised S1(or whatever he called) renders? I heard it was done upto ep 10.
Given how things work, if the dev was actually trying to improve then the renders after ep 10 would have been better anyway.
So, if he combined them together then it could be really great. It shouldn't take more than a month(given he might needed some extra time to render some extra scenes to make them compatible).

Harem means multiple LI ending. If you end up with 3,4 people, it's harem.
The Kings had harem of women(ranging from a few to hundreds women), not the women of the whole country. Their ministers and Generals had their own wife and harem(sometimes) if you must know.
For clarification, let's include two opposite extreme types of harem definition(which shouldn't be accepted as norm).

1. The Japanese stlyle where you end up with one LI but episodes of teasing and bait of other women. But they still call it harem. Which is actually not a harem. I hate that bait.
2. Ending with all love interest is another one. Of course this is harem but this one is the highest level of harem(and I love this) but this one doesn't necessarily define the harem. Harem means ending with multiple women.

The girl in the pink sweater shows up no matter what for me. It doesn't make sense because there are no forced creampies of other characters that I am aware of in any of my playthroughs.

The girl in pink sweater scene is only conditioned by the E25_Bad_End variable.

E25_EndGame_Bad_End is the scene where Katie finds you and let the detective agency guy take a picture of you two together proving you didn't cut all ties with her

E25_EndGame_Bad_End is the girl in pink sweater scene.

So no matter other choices, the girl in pink sweater shows up in every possible good ending.

And one of the possible good endings includes Wanda making a video call showing her preggo belly, so it make no sense that the girl in pink sweater is her (or any of the girls with whom it is possible to have a good ending).

Initially I thought about Mabel, the flirty blonde at the Carnival (since I had my way with her in my playthrough), but that would have required the scene being conditioned (directly or indirectly) by some of the Mabel variable (since it's perfectly possible to not fuck her at all).

And since the girl in the pink sweater shows up in any possible good ending... she must be someone on which the player has no choice about fucking her or not.

Since - if I remember correctly - there are no unavoidable creampies, she must be some unknown character.
Or at most a known side character with whom the MC had sex only off screen thus without us as players even knowing it.
