FYI - For those having problems with their image attachments not showing up (new image attachments), one of F95Zone's providers is having issues and is working to resolve the issue.

If she is an heiress then she can stay at home, but if the house belongs to MC, MC can do whatever he wants about it.

usually you should be good if you delete game folder with mod files in it, and replace it with a fresh/clear one.
probably it would be good to delete saves from appdata as well, and you are all clear in that situation.

I did not modify anything with the mod, I was only using it to understand what was happening at the rp level.
I hope I don't have to delete the saves too ...

Use the console for this
This is much safer and you won't accidentally ruin your saves
You can start at any episode, so that's not an issue.I hope I don't have to delete the saves too ...

You can activate the debug console to enter specific commands that allow you to see the RP/LP of characters. The downside is that you'd be doing it for every decision to see the changes.

Press shift+O during game to open up the console
The variables are mentioned in OP under "cheat commands"
Eg. LilyL for lily love points
Enter them in console and they'll display the current Value
You can also change their value
But yes this method is really tedious if you're new to this
Just use the previous method of replacing the game folder

Legally Elaine would be allowed to stay in the house until the final will reading is complete. As common-law spouse she has far more legal rights and protection than a non-dependant child does. This is something far too many people commenting here fail to remember (regardless of their damn countries laws), the MC is over 18, he is not a dependant therefore a legal adult and Donald doesn't have to leave jack shit to him (why many wills, especially in the States are contested). He has no legal rights at all, however, he could quite rightly contest any will excluding him but, that's a whole other ball-game and debate and his chances are not guaranteed lol.
In-game...she gets the house anyway yes...providing she meets her conditions. Again, legally, as Donald's common-law spouse, she would get it automatically until a will reading. There is no plot-hole here or 'porn logic' for what happened in the story. All perfectly feasible.
Final version of update lets you go to lunch as friends and she stops pursuing you as a LI.
My first playthrough was with incest mod. It made sense to me, currently on second playthrough to see how much mod changed.
It was conditionally given to her in will, though she didn't find that out till after she told him to leave. And not disputing owner could tell the other to leave, but they have lived there long enough they would have to go through eviction and not just kick them out right away.

yes, you are right about that. Just as, at some point in the game, Elaine used the sentence that this is your home to the MC. So I was a little hesitant about this.
Those laws vary from state to state in the US. Some states don't even have common-law spouse laws...Inheritance laws also vary from state to state. Regardless, it doesn't matter as the story is the way they want it to be, at no point did they state where the game is supposed to take place so it may not have "porn logic" but the game does have "internally consistent logic of its own devising"...
Anyway, I am really looking forward to finally getting answers soon...

Given the MCs will conditions, I'm assuming the conditions for Elaine and the "gold digger" are similar in preventing access to something of someone very important in that person's life. For instance, it wouldn't surprise me if Elaine's condition is she has to cut ties with Bella or the MC.
I personally find it really odd that Bella would quit her job to be with Elaine--I could see her taking some time off, but it's unlikely that she would need to take so much time as to lose her job. Something seems really hinky there, and it does make me wonder if she was expecting to be taken care of by Elaine or if she is the third inheritant.
