I doubt the save games are compatible, but... luckily... this game has a very good alternative. You just use the Start Any Episode feature, start at episode 11, and specify the few major choices that you made in episodes 1-10 (aka Chapters 1-6 of Season 1 on Steam), then play through the rest of the game.

If you mean shoehorned in incest....that's not a censorship removal, as the game doesn't have any. That's some mod someone made and rewrote the script to shoehorn in incest where it doesn't belong.
To restore the original incest themes. None of that "landlady" crap.

That is why the mod is called incest "rewrite" because the person on F95 rewrote the game to force it in...

Yes there is. Search Where The Heart Is. The results will have on the page a link to a modder walkthrough, etc. for Chapters 1-24. There is a second modder that did a relations mod. It's pretty easy to identify the two mods that are available.

I don't mind starting from scratch but is there an in-game walkthrough or guide yet? I don't want to download another PDF and tab in and out every 30 seconds because there literally are thousands of choices, which IMO is too much of an overkill especially when you're playing with one hand.
The number of choices and then no ingame guide to mitigate their effect were my only two gripes with this game.

I've been getting this question a lot, so rather than write a load of different individual responses, I just thought I'd post it.
The question is: How many chapters / episodes are there in Season 1.
The answer is:
There are 6 chapters in Season 1. This includes the upgraded version of the first 10 episodes of the original game, plus a lot of extended scenes and brand new scenes. Overall, it has twice the content (Script / options / dialog) compared to the original 10 episodes and more than 3x times the artwork. So please don't assume 6 chapters = only 6 episodes of the original. This is not the case.
I went with chapters versus episodes to distinguish between the re-do (chapters) and the original (episodes) and I tried to keep the new chapters tied into bundles that cover whole days (or in some cases 2 or 3 whole days) whereas the original episodes were a bit messier with (sometimes) a single day being spread across more than one episode.
And if you do buy on steam, I cannot stress strongly enough how important reviews are, so please leave a review. I only have one review at the moment, and it's lonely.
