So, going back to the two sided Monica/Dad story, the code is kind of curious in regard to your reactions. When listening to Elaine, you get a bump if you believe her or keep an open mind. If you don't believe her, there's no penalty. With Monica, you get the same small bump for believing her, but do incur a 2 point love penalty for not believing her. And oddly, she approves of you complimenting Elaine.

Does Elaine not get miffed over not being believed because she's understanding, or is she running a game on you?

Is Monica genuinely hurt by your distrust? Is she consorting with Elaine? Did they work out that R-ratetd Whitesnake video in the garage between them?

I swear Katie is the only woman in this game that's easy to figure out.

I agree. - The simplest woman is an immature, borderline psycho that blows hot & cold, obsessively jealous but bi-curious with a bad temper and possible Tourrete's. All the other females are much more complicated and harder to figure out.
Just like real-life women.

I had always thought (maybe just assumed?) Elaine and the MC's dad were married, but then you get this line during the conversation at Elaine's house in this update:

There is a new writer, but as far as I'm aware, they didn't write that scene; Cheeky said that there was only one scene that they hadn't written/edited, and it wasn't that one.

Can't blame the new writer for Monica's bad lines. That was me. The new writer wrote plenty of lines / scenes, just not that one.

Calling it now: Cheeky deliberately wrote Monica's scenes worse and Elaine's scenes better to make us like Elaine more, so when the inevitable reveal that Monica is the mystery 3rd person in the will, we are less invested in her, and more into Elaine, making us less likely to nerd rage and flip our collective shit!

Alright folks, I wasn't gonna say anything, but I jacked my laptop into the payphone on the corner of my local deli and hacked into CheekyGimp's PC...

I can now confirm that the MC IS ACTUALLY THE FATHER. He had reconstructive surgery done to look younger, and then proceeded to hypnotize himself into believing he WAS his son. The real son is either dead and buried in the garage of (now) Elaine's house, or Elaine actually has him tied up in the attic, hooked to an IV so she won't have to feed him.

My save of the end of Episode 12 don't work in Episode 13. If I load the save, only have options "Check stats" and "End Game". Anyone too with this problem?

Guess 13 is actually a LUCKY number, contrary to all the superstitions. Episode 13 is when we finally get scenes with BOTH of my favorite side-characters.

The flurry of "are you serious about me?" questions have me worried that we might be forced into a harem route, or miss out on large portions of updates if we choose to focus on a single girl. Please, Cheeky, let us choose a specific girl near the end* regardless of past choices, and without too much anger from the girls (possibly showing the story like we'd only ever been serious with the chosen girl). There's a lot of buildup to grind through if we want to create exclusive routes for each girl.

*when the stories start to diverge between loving everybody and being faithful to only one

Re: Incest Mod

Alright folks. Since Phalzyr is officially on the dev team now and they are (understandably) concerned about having an "officially" supported incest mod, and I have seen several people asking for it (in addition to wanting it myself) I have decided to make an incest mod of my own, with walkthrough included. Because I am not willing to take someone else's work, and to avoid any suspicion that there is any "official" support from the devs, I am going to start from the beginning with it. I am currently working as fast as I can to get through it. Unfortunately I am not currently proficient enough to add a gallery option to my mod, but it will have incest and walkthrough when finished.

Update 7/12/19 : I have completed the incest mod and walkthrough mod for episodes 1-3 . Progress is going smoothly. Will take a few more days, but I will post it as soon as it is done.

these images and videos are called like K_E13S1_1 and Vid13S1_L_3 for example.

Anyone has any idea? I've tried searching them but seems noone has mentioned them. I also downloaded the file a second time thinking there could be a problem with the download but it seems it's fine. Could there be an issue with no.py because I've downloaded it from there both times.

K_E13S1_1 is defined in the script.rpy file that I have downloaded as follows:

It is called from Episode13.rpy.

Those .jpg files all exist in my game/E13 folder. I don't know why you are having this problem. I haven't. I'm on Windows, by the way, and don't use the mod. You might want to check your files to see if they match. The .rpy files can be read with any text editor. I usually use Notepad, if I'm only reading or searching through them.

Seems like that but I decided to go back and replay this from the beginning and turn off the brain downstairs to analyze the story. It really seems like every girl the MC comes across is overly pushy about trying to get it on with him even if you opt for the choices that would stop such activity. It can even lead to a game over with Jenna if you don't choose the correct option at one point.

He was basically a lying and manipulating narcissist. Any info the went through him or came from him can't be taken at face value.

Even those sorts of people make mistakes though and the moment he mentioned something in the second recording made me start looking much closer at all conversation choices, especially as I got to the newest update. Seems daddy may have had a thing for a very youthful girl that might be mistaken as a milf considering her assets and short hair.
