Nothing bad has happened yet but the devs have confirmed a harem route doesn't exist so it will go wrong eventually.
There are still 8+ updates left to go so keep saves handy. It could be the last couple of updates where it all goes wrong. Imagine getting that close and getting a bad end?
Now that I think about it I don't know why I keep trying to tell people a harem doesn't exist.
The forum rage when they can't finish the game would be hilarious.

I already has gone bad I think, a certain event with monica didn't go as well as it did when i was still on her route. I had backed up to my Ep 10 save and started eliminating relationships so it was down to just jenna. I did this because I didn't thoroughly read the tags and found out recently about no harem. As I have said I get it, I just hate hurting Monica and either girl, plus debbie and Lily

I did it the hard way but it saved having to break up with anyone.
I picked a save for each girl and just got points with them and did the minimum with the others so relationships didn't progress with them but I still got through the story. Takes me a few runs for each update to catch all my saves up but haven't had anyone cry on my shoulder yet or threaten to cut off my MC's balls.
