Well we still don't know any of the other parties conditions, but i wouldn't be surprised if all the suspicious females Elaine, Bella, Jolina, Angel have teamed up and trying to get close to the MC, very close in fact that once they start living with him, they invite Jenna or Katie or Monica to the beach house and sabotage his conditions.
But the other thing i'm almost certain is some clause in Elaine's conditions in which for her to stay in the house till the final will reading, she can't have the MC thrown out and he has to leave on his own will by a certain date or something like that. And now she's trying to be nice to him in order for him to not kick her out.

I'm currently replaying on my .... i've lost count at this point, and MC has just been given the beach house so is there with Elaine and so far i haven't seen anything about wigs so if it's in there, it's after that point. If i see anything i may update this. ;)

We don't "Know" that .... say per chance she is Dizzy, we have no idea what her conditions would be? Might be some bullshit like get close to the MC, string him along, make sure he does (Insert whatever makes sense to you here) and she get's a payday. Lily being with the MC wouldn't mean she would have to get him away from or stay with Monica/Katie/Jenna, just that she may have to interact with him in some way, no? He would still have the option to leave Monica' house and them behind, cutting his chance of the money should he fall for Lily .... (y)

Depends, I think we're basically 17 days into the month and I think the lawyer said the final reading was at the end of the month. So unless there's 14 more updates that info is useless. :D

Also ... i have the sneaky suspicion and sick 6th sense that Lily is adopted and her biological mother is Zarah.

i would love it if the MC could build a harem around his 3 main girls ,monica and her daughters, shit of the money and choose to be happy in life,instead of loaded but alone...cause i think it´s the religious one who maybe cooperates with his ex-stepmom and the stalker isn´t really a stalker for the girls instead checking on the MC´s doings...i would choose the 3 girls and let the money go...i wouldnt give my dad the freedom to play with my life anymore

I was joking about the harem. It isn't happening in this game. It's kind of a running gag at this point in these parts.

Ok, our main guy doesn't have an ex-stepmom. ;) Elaine was never married to MC Dad, just the girlfriend. And if dog-boy is only interested in MC, he is doing a pretty bad job of keeping toot on him by constantly harassing poor Jenna.
I'd agree with you on the money, Katie all the way and then some. (y)

I don't buy Jenna being in on that. Not against our strapping young hero. Whether you're on the Jenna path or not, she is rather infatuated with him. Crazy'McReligious-Nutjob i don't know about. We haven't seen a whole lot from her yet. We don't yet know if dog-boy is even related to our MC. Hopefully we'll get a few more details soon. (y)
