Maybe not to your mild-mannered, and sensible self. But my warped, and perverted mind can fantasize several scenarios where it's feasible and make perfect sense.
There's a substantial difference between delusional and rational, and no matter your fantasy reasonings, they fall into the former.
Alcohol can be a wonderful thing as it does away with inhibitions / rational - can it happen - sure - will it happen.......
Up to a point, yes... I doubt Jenna would even need alcohol for that (not more than once anyway), but it wouldn't work with Monica.
Monica's drinking let her be very flirtatious with the MC, and she knew it. So she indulged it with Zarah encouraging it.
The same does not extend to her daughters though.

MC - "Hang on ladies I'm getting a phone call"
Katie - "Who was it?"
MC - " It was the cops, The plane carrying every girl we know crashed there are no survivors."
Debbie - "Well that doesn't matter we are the best girls anyway."
Katie - "She is right. Oh, by the way do we all move in together?
MC - "Well ok we do need to heal after all."
They then proceed with said healing and walk off into the sunset while holding hands the end.
