Elaine: Just needs to convince MC to give her the house.
Bella: Just needs to be put on the list for the beach house (however, that is a condition not completely tied to her alone. THe exact terms are not tied to her, it is 'any woman the MC is dumb enough to let live there').
Anyone fails those conditions, their share is split between the others. However, major incoming plot spoiler/meta-game....If give house to Elaine she will give you her share of the money. If invite Jo to live at the beach house, she will block Bella getting on the list but as she herself is on the list (and as per the exact wording of the conditions), that enables her to get a third of the money instead of Bella. However, even if not romancing Jo, she will give you her share.
This is important....so if you fail your conditions, tell dead daddy to go fuck himself, you lose your share and it gets split between Elaine and Jo. However, they are giving you their share hehe...

Do you mean a path where you can have all 3 at once and they know and accept it?
If so, that path will not be in the story.
But a path with all 3 was never an option, so I don't know what you mean by abandoned?
You can romance all 3 for a while until you are discovered.
So, still no harem path. Disappointing. Having to chose who to leave out was no fun.

You can choose your favorite LI to play different routes ah, I feel it's very immersive and more involved in the play process
Someone commented forever ago that having a harem ending almost by default makes it "win" state and most players will default to that instead of making choices. I kinda agreed with that person and I would be happy to have a harem path to have the additional story option, but I am not asking for it.
Someone explain why is it perfectly fine for multiple female characters to be involved with one male character yet if multiple male characters are involved with one female character or that it is even just suggested heads explode? A woman can't have a harem of men? Harem and sharing is the same damn thing!
The audience is probably mostly straight dudes who want to play the fantasy of fucking a bunch of hot girls. They're the guy in the game. They don't want to share the girls.
A woman can totally have a harem or have multiple partners -- that's just not the game a lot of the audience wants to play.
There are perfectly selfish reasons for all double-standards.
Goddamn man. A year and a half since updates to the main story. Absolutely fumbled.
